The correct way is to boil the noodles. Strain the noodles. Put the noodles in the bowl.. Put the seasonings AFTER you boiled and strained the noodles.
Well, that's the Chow Mein flavor. The kind I've seen with the same flavor has you cook the noodles until the water evaporates. How would you like Chow Mein served in water?:P

1. Forget the vegetables
2. Boil the water
3. Add seasonings
4. Mix WELL
5. Enjoy
