  • wow back in the 90s even children's games required skill to play

  • @MetalSEGAKid1990 Ofc, but the games were - as you can see here - also alot shorter than todays "standard".

  • @MetalSEGAKid1990 Yes, and they had name for that:

"Nintendo Hard" If you want more details, search this term on Tv Tropes...

  • Countless scenes in Aladdin that would work in a game, yet instead of adding those in they make a Pyramid area that has no relevance to either the movie or Arabians. That's Capcom for you, screw consistency.

  • The Dendy version is way better.

  • Isn't it Iago (Jaffar's parrot) clinging to the carpet in the background at 19:36 ?

  • To me i like this version more then the Genesis Version but both are such great games. This version has excellent music.

  • Jaffar disliked.

  • THIS is how you make a licensed game. Cheers to Capcom and kireev20000!

  • the genesis version was cooler cause of that shiny entertainment look

  • nostalgia

  • the game is very different from the Genesis version

    And thats what i love

They both have good graphics, music and action

28:20 that's the ending or the best bonus level ever

  • awsome! i remember this game from wen i was a kid !! lots of fun memorys :D

  • This game came out before Mega Man X was released. At least it's closer to the movie than the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive version (if you don't include Stage 5); not to mention that the game has the "Prince of Persia" + Mega Man feeling.

  • why did you add the (a) in the title.

  • After seeing multiple ads which showed Aladdin using a scimitar, I actually put this tripe on my Christmas list. Thankfully, the massive disappointment of Aladdin being sword-less was softened by the other two games I received... Mega Man X and Turtles in Time.

  • Mega Drive and this. Two very different takes on the same story. Both worth playing.

  • there were many parts of this game that freaked me out: the close up of the cave of wonders, when aladdin confronted the boss merchant, the part/music when aladdin got the lamp and abu grabbed the jewel, and the music after you defeated the cobra

  • would love them to make games like this again, so much more challenging and enjoyable than most of the games out today.

  • @maxacorn That dude is a joke. Irate "gamer"

  • I was singing along in the genii stage, good memories.

  • Such a classic!

  • Congrats on 4000 longplays!

  • the version for Sega was nothing like this O_o

  • and to think, the irate gamer said this game was crap because he couldnt play it.

  • Genesis version was better.

  • I remember playing this. G'times. ^_^

  • What kind of longplay is this? He didn't even stop to watch the guy rapid-fire eat food out of his pants :C
