  • I want to see a high speed camera capture the projectile right out of the barrel and also it striking a target.

  • This is what happens when a committee designs gun laws

  • hilarious -- spotting someone with a rifle

  • London Shooting School?

I say man! Sporting good shot. Nigel, be a good chap and get Colonel Ludlow a new clavicle!

  • BAD EGGS!

  • It costs $400,000 to fire this weapon... for 12 seconds

  • @nicktheman999 Really? Almost half a million dollars you say? Wow! (please post where you got this information from).

  • what is this sjhotgun for? zombie apocalypse ?

  • @moxoloxom it's not a shotgun.

  • @TheShadoKnite i see i am sorry, it is not a shogun, it is a portable Artillery XD

  • @moxoloxom Getting warmer... lol

  • has anyone here ever shoot this or something compareable?? i would like to know if its possible to handle the recoil for a whole day of shooting or so!?

  • @TheInGenCO probably not man...such heavy recoil will beat you up pretty quickly. good luck not developing a flinch lol

  • Shoot a .950 JDJ, that's something the whole world wants to see.

  • @Konicava Why cant I find any video when they fire a .950 JDJ???

  • @Konicava SHIT SHIT I FOUND A VID OF THAT

    I WILL POST IT SOON

  • @DrPlatypusStarcraft Dude please do! You will have millions of views.

  • @Konicava SHABLAM /watch?v=0rKHXTsDcco&feature=related

.950 JDJ! Only vid on youtube!

  • @Konicava The 2-Bore is substantially lager in calibre, and the 20mm HS.404 rifles around are substantially more powerful than either by a very long margin.

  • @DepakoteMeister Is it for personal use? Looks like anti-air to be used at least with a solid base.

  • The most practical of all shotguns.

  • that'd be scary if it was a shotgun...

  • haha if you had this you wouldnt say im going out hunting you would say im going out to blow up some animals

  • there is some serious "over compensating" going on in that video.

  • Proof that Englishmen have bigger balls than yanks... look at how Americans drop 10bore shotguns and cry about it.

  • jsut so you know there is a reason why because of the cost of shells and we dont want to blow the anmial up in america

  • @thesidewindersleeps we've always had bigger balls, GREAT BRITISH EMPIRE!!

  • @BDFPA germans have even bigger balls!

  • @TheInGenCO Heil Hitler!

  • @BDFPA lol i was just joking, i am no nazi!!

  • makes bullet proof vests pointless

  • This was the gun that shot Bin Lala twice in the face.

  • i love how they use words like lovely and puff to describe this thing

  • i think you can kill just about anything with it, except whales maybe

  • At the time of writing 20th June 2009, a 2 bore cartridge costs between $80.00 to $85.00 each. Even hand loading them yourself is a major expense as the empty cartridge cases are $495.00 per pack of 10 ( shipped ) and solid bronze or copper bullets are $295.00 per pack of 10 ( shipped ) which now actually equals $790.00 for 10 rounds of 2 bore ammunition. Just imagine firing off 50 rounds down the range, it would cost you about four thousand bucks

  • What they don't tell you (this video sucks for any real information) is that the bullet for this 2Bore gun is A HALF A POUND- & IS MADE OF BRONZE. It makes a 700NitroExpress round look like a .22Short.

    vincelewis . net/2bore.html

Check out the size of the bullet & cartridge.

  • I should modify one of these to make it full auto.

  • cheerio time to go kill that darn tank govna!!!

  • dear santa...

  • Proof positive that being "redneck" is in the clothing and demeanor - not the guns.

  • I use this gun for plinking can's

  • chuck norris' nerf gun

  • For those people early in the comments interested in who made the gun, it was commisoned by the Royal Armouries and made by Mr Giles Whittome. Also to the people interested in the UK gun laws, you can have any type of firearm (though hand guns are usally strictly banned) providing you have a reason for having it, (not including home defense), a secure place to store it and a place to use it. Criminal convictions may also effect if you can have one or not.

  • Nice!

  • After the video they taught them how to shoot it one-handed

  • This is going to be awesome for rabbit hunting!

  • That's chuck norris bb gun

  • @quangluu96 FAG!

  • It actually doesn't look that bad. If you have ever shot large caliber black powder rifles, you know it's more of a huge push than a kick like a modern rifle.

  • According to family guy these guys have a REALLY tiny penis.

  • This is exactly what i need to get rid of that damn brontosaurus that keeps getting into my trash! lol

  • the old guy behind them looks like hes casting a spell

  • >shootingtimes.co.uk

    >shootingtimes uk

    >shooting uk

    >LOL

  • @dannyman4444 Yeah? The video was filmed in London; there are guns in the UK. Plenty, it's not illegal to own them in those circumstances.

  • pfffhah! and IM a redneck american....

  • grip pistol and short barrel is possible? lol

  • go bloody england

  • I know guys who would use that gun for squirrel hunting!

  • why... what masochistic pain lover would design this. clearly he had a serious problem with collar bones.

  • Shoulder fired cannon, lol

  • Chuck Norris was the first commenter to this clip

  • Pathetic!

  • Perfect for going back in time & hunting T-Rex.

  • 4 bore (reffering to old measurements of catridges and shotguns) as in "one-fourth of a pound of projectile" two bore as in one half a pound of projectile. 4 bore rifles are usually about .935 - .955 inches in diameter. two bore rifles are 1.32 inches in diameter. 2 bore producing around 17,000 ft per lb

  • The Force-a-Nature, in real life.

  • is it 4 gauge?

  • @artmolk 2 gauge

  • Amazing

  • OUCH!!!

  • LOL this thing makes the 50 cal look like a toy. I wonder if they could ever modify a gun, and bullet to shot this caliber bullet as huge snipers rifle. Put an explosive charge at the tip, and that thing could down a car O_o

  • @spfc20091 .50 cal is primarily an anti-materiel round as it is.

  • @666pineapple Im well aware but a little over-kill never hurt :]

except if someone got hit by it O_o

  • @spfc20091 i mean i understand the concept you are trying to describe, but these aren't designed for super long range like sniper rifles are. it's supposed to hit a large animal at probably no more than 100 yards with just a big hunk lead. notice big game rounds don't have the pointed bullets that are designed to pierce armor in something like a 50bmg, as i understand you would really have to arc your shot to get any decent range out of something like a 2bore.

  • @jubeikiba6 pretty much ye, theres no need to use pointed bullets for dangerous game because it would simple pass right through without dumping any energy, they use round nose bullets to efficiently balance penetration with energy transfer. they make up for the loss of aerodynamics with the bullet's huge inertia. that massive weight isn't for nothing.

  • @drewnickel I learn something everyday :) thanks!

  • @14Kristian41 no prob

  • Gentlemen firing guns instead of rednecks.

  • It fires a 1.600 calibur bullet so it was Chuck's pellet gun.

  • Love the classy music!

  • FUCK CHUCK NORRIS JOKES! Come up with your own jokes

  • Thats thing must fire some major caps!

  • Was this a 4 bore and did it use a cartridge or muzzleload?

  • I like how after firing it, everyone has a gigantic smile on their face. This is why we shoot things.

  • CHUCK NORRIS use this gun in akimbo style

  • thats a fucking gun

  • I could shoot that shit with one hand

  • FUCK U AND CHUCK NORRIS

  • put two wheels on that thing and that thing's a cannon!

  • When Blackpowder was all they had to hunt for ivory, you had to go bigger in bore size to make up for the lack of speed. Thats why they were so big in caliber..(gague haha) ie; a frieght train only goes 70 mph, but just try to stop one...

  • nvm found it, thats a 328.17 grain charge, my 243 takes 43.5 at its maximum varmint load, makes it look like a little pussy gun haha

  • how does dram convert to gn?

  • FFS more annoying chuch norris comments so fucking old...like chuck norris

  • @ShantyManCan Sir, i love you!

  • Chuck Norris' side arm, he shoots these akimbo.

  • walk into a bank with it with a big smile on your face no words needed just bags of cash handed to you

  • Folks, these guys are lobbing 5.7 ounce projectiles with that beast.

Nice to see they have a good instructor and the wearable P.A.S.T. recoil shield.

It was helpful to have a 25lb gun, but the guys did nicely with it.

  • recoil + shoulder + two-bore rifle = nice bruise im all for it! =)

what is that if it was a rifle? 1 inch slugs?

  • @glynamus its actually a 130 caliber haha or 1.32 inches in diameter.. pretty rediculous

  • recoil + shoulder + two-bore rifle = nice bruise im all for it! =)

  • Rifle, my foot...that's a shotgun

  • This was chuck norris's pellet gun as a kid...

  • @hunterziegelmann no this was his pop gun....he moved up to the howitzer later....custom shoulder mounted one

  • @hunterziegelmann bahahaha

  • @hunterziegelmann his real gun came off a tank lol

  • @hunterziegelmann

No,chuck norris' s childhood pellet gun was actually a small tank with a stock and a scope.

  • Вот это хуёвина. Интересно, как она по утке? xD

  • How do you make mashed potatoes?

Aim at potato field and pull trigger!

  • i want one of those for home defense

  • @bobmsr i hope ur not english and in a hurry to stop any robbers it would take you half an hour just to get the sand out of your vagina before you shot

  • @bobmsr youll destroy your home with that thing

  • @bobmsr i second that

  • model name of this 2 bore? (Company and such)

  • old people not have strong for this baby -)

  • now i know what to shoot the annoying orange with!!! or justin beiber

  • i request you shoot a watermellon with that gun

  • @peicemakerSS22 true and false, yes america has better gun laws, cause it's easy to get one, but you can't get certain weapons, especially high caliber weapons, in england once your past the laws theres no such thing as a dd, you can own a cannon as long as you have a place to shoot it.

  • 1 pound is equal to 7000 grians, so 1/2 pound = 3500 grains, I think this is a 4 bore. big bullet, but SLOW velocity.. Penetration would not be all that much, a big WHACK though.. thats why these things were'nt that popular. After smokeless powder was introduced, the 577 nitro was the working mans DG rifle. But you gotta love these big bored mosters.

  • @peicemakerSS22 no, it's not armor piercing, it's just big, the gun fires a freaking half pound ball. but no, brits have strict gun laws, but once you get past the gun laws, they are actually less strict than us, heck they can own any sized gun, where as in america anything over 50cal is a dd, except shotguns. brits can own punt guns, or 2" bore guns, and even can own silencers for the guns they have

  • @sksakm14 well right and wrong, caliber is the us term for diameter in inches or milimeters, while bore/gauge is interchangable, meaning that it doesn't really matter, yes bore also reffers to diameter in inches/milimeters, but technically 10ga is the last proper gun to call gauge, below that it's bore, or big bore

  • Chuck norris got his ass whipped by Bruce lee in fists of fury

  • Chuck Norris can dual wield these with broken arms. Just like the story "Once Chuck Norris got bitten by a Anaconda , after 6 days of pain and suffering, the Anaconda died." LOL

  • If people would like to know how bore/gauge is measured it is how many lead balls bore size it takes to equal a pound, saw that on the midwayusa channel, i just saw some of what i believe to be incorrect ways of measuring bore on this page so i had to say.

  • @NathansBackwoods most of us know that already, 12ga= .729" or 12 lead balls, 10ga= .779" or 10 lead balls. 8ga= .875" or 8 lead balls. 6ga = .925" or 6 lead balls. 4ga = about 1" and about 4 lead balls. 2ga= 1.325" and 2 lead balls (it fires a half pound ball. and my current project, the one bore (which weighs 65 pounds to help the recoil) is+ to a 1.669" lead ball weighing 1 pound

  • @drewnickel Somebody please post a link to a one pound round. THIS IS AMAZING! I would never shoot such a monster, but I do appreciate the power these things must generate. You could shoot a charging Elephant in the head with one of these.

  • @goffnett no need for a head shot, a body shot would kill it. I'm currently designing it, it uses a 1600gr charge of ffg blackpowder in a 5" shell with a #35 primer (the same primer as a 2bore or a 50bmg) to shoot a 1 pound ball at 1500fps, with over 34,000 FOOT POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the gun weighs 50 to 65 pounds and has a huge muzzlebreak and 60% of the barrel is ported, I';m working on choke tubes for it.

  • @drewnickel Somebody please post a link to a one pound round. THIS IS AMAZING! I would never shoot such a monster, but I do appreciate the power these things must generate. You could shoot a charging Elephant in the head with one of these.

  • @goffnett it's recoil pad is about 3" thick to absorb the 500 pounds of recoil it generates, it has a lead filled stock to make it weigh about 60 pounds, and the barrel is 4 feet long, it has a sling on it so it doesn't kill you to cary it, I've been designing this beast for over 6 months now, it'll be about 5 years before the beast is complete. it's recoil is about the same as a 10 gauge due to the huge ammount of protection it has, and it'll blow a deer in half with the massive energy

  • Of course we can own and shoot guns here in the UK....we've been doing so since long befoire Amenrica was 'discovered'

  • @sb13471 lol, double barrel hunting shotguns and tahts about all.

  • hey @Shooting TimesUK how much did this gun cost you? cause after seeing this I'd like to add it to my $150,000 list of guns to get.

  • @drewnickel it will probably double the price of your list.

  • @Xc31 I wouldn't doubt it, but then again, I could just build me a better one with a $20,000 cnc machine, a $5,000 gun drill, a bunch of 4140 steel, some brazilian rosewood, and a couple of 2-bore shells. plus I could customize it even further. and all that'd be like $75,000. and I could build more for half that

  • Why didn't we saw destructive power??

  • Chuck Norris uses this as a toothpick.

  • I don't know too much about shotguns, but what's the difference between Bore and Gauge? Is a two bore the same as a 2-Gauge?

  • @coaxill Bore and Gauge are the same i believe, however Bore is uses in Britain, while Gauge is used in the USA.

  • @coaxill yes, gauge is the number of pure lead round balls the diameter of the bore it takes to equal a pound, but technically anything bigger than 10ga is reffered to as bore. so 10ga, 8bore, 6bore, 4bore, 2bore, ect. ao for a 2bore it takes 2 pure lead round balls of the same bore size to equal a pound, meaning it fires a half pound slug

  • There just so excited. Oh boy ,oh boy I got to fire a real gun and it holds two whole bullets. That range look just lovely also The British should re-grow there balls.

  • @rich107s well, keep in mind the massive size of that gun, it's more powerful than a 50bmg, 50bmg has 14,000 foot pounds, while this monster generates 17,000 with a HALF POUND lead ball, it only holds one shot by the way, not 2, 2 bore means how many lead balls the diaameter of the bore it takes to equal a pound

  • 2500 grain!! Holly shizzle!

  • at least if an elephant attacks they'll be ready XD

  • I'm probably missing the point, but I'm really liking the music. Anyone know the name of the piece?

(Also, yes, that was a pretty epic gun.)

  • Yeah it's a great jangly tune, need to source that :)

  • Awesomely huge, unnecessary, destructive, awkward, and downright useless.

It's AWESOME! And I want one!!!! Great gun!

  • @chuckeieio

    Not useless for elephants.

  • @chuckeieio not useless would stop a elephant in its tracks

  • can you load the rounds with normal ammunition powder? I think it is cordite? I'm sure its not legal but it would be pretty impressive yes?

  • @roflex2 no, it'd double the power and it'd rip your shoulder off with the recoil, a 2bore ball at 3000fps would turn that 30 pound gun into it's own little bullet, plus the barrel would probably explode too

  • @drewnickel Awesome they should do it and fire it via a big stick lol.

  • nope you are allowed any smoothbore on a section 2 firearms certificate AKA a shotgun licence as long as it is not under 24inches in length and the barrel is under 2 inches in diameter. And there is also a loophole where you can legally obtain 'obsolete calibers' such as a 8bore shotgun without a licence if you don't intend to use it!!

  • @andrewshd, there are also licenses that are around $250 to where you CAN own the much much bigger bore rifles, you can own even a punt gun with a good enough license but it requires about 15 times the powder that is used in a 50 caliber muzzel loader

and you can do wildcatting, which is where you make your own guns and ammo, I intend on having a few like an 8 bore, a 6 bore, a 4 bore, and a 2 bore, or maybe even a 1 bore, which is 1.668"

  • one 2bore rifle round? that'l be 8 million pounds please!

  • @randyleprechaun06 actually yes, it costs about 8 million british pounds

  • Id love to shoot that thing

  • I am surprised that the communist goverment of england allows them to have a big caliber rifle like that.

  • You can own big calibre's here, it can go right up to a .50CAL BMG without restrictions unlike the US which I think you have to pay a Tax stamp to own and fire it

The only real problem with having that sort of round is finding a place that you can shoot it at without causing problems

  • @Draco122 no you dont need a tax stamp to own a 50..you need one for fully automatic and silencers.

  • black powder guns have no restrictions on bore size 69 cal and larger smoothbore or buck and ball type guns in most states dont require any paper work

heck google black powder cannons and you will notice 999.9% wont ask for any info other then your credit card

  • @Draco122 As far as I know, here in the US, there are no restrictions on calibers. Tax stamps are only required for silencers and short barreled rifles/shotguns (I think). I was not aware anything like this was legal in the UK however. I assume it only applies to hunting guns, n'est pas?

  • Actually I don't know if that would be legal here in the US without doing the whole class 3 tax stamp thing. Any rifled long guns with a bore over .50 cal is restricted. They make exceptions for rifled shotguns because they were designed originally to be smoothbore and later modified. I wonder what the ATF would classify an old 4 bore as.

  • An old 4 bore would probably be over 100 years old, so it would be a Curio and Relic firearm. If you have a Curio and Relic license then you can have C&R firearms delivered to your door. Pretty easy to do and it cuts the FFL out of the picture.

  • 20 mm and up is considered to be a destructive device, what is awesome is the 12ga. is 18.5mm.

  • AFAIK For full auto in most states you'll need tax stamps on your weapons...

  • not for 50.cal bmg its like owning any other rifle here over 18 years of age and a non convicted felon

  • @Gunluver1 the biggest gauge your alloowed in the uk is 12 gauge this is just a testing range with a person with a more exspensive licence and training

  • @GWR4079 No contrary to belief the Uk are not to bad on gun legislation on a Shotgun licence you could have a four bore if you wanted. And on FAC licence you could have a.700 if you wanted to

  • last time i looked to standered shotgun licence which covers upto 12 gauge is £50 any bigger you need bigger better licence
