I'm tired of people whining and pining for Mick Taylor. Ronnie more than holds his own in this band. His playing on this is amazing. He is a consummate rock guitarist. The Stones hit the lottery when he joined. Just ask Keith. End of story.

Yep you're right ! Mick Taylor was very good but he just didn't click the way Keith and Ronnie do. Besides Ronnie was always the choice they just had to wait for him to become contract free. Long live the Stones with Ronnie and Keith!

@brdaisy331 How is that Ronnie's fault? Mick and Keith insist on doing all of the writing. Ronnie has only been given credit here or there. Taylor is an amazing guitarist, but he did not write Sticky Fingers - through It's Only Rock n Roll. The problem with the Stones since 1981 is Mick and Keith's songwriting relationship.Nothing peaks forever. Taylor through coincidence was there at the peak and contributed marvelously.Ronnie brought a lean, mean sound to the band, and got Keith psyched again.
