That movie is called "The Age of Innocence" and Ryder plays the character May Welland ( that's Daniel Day Lewis on the right ). It's about a 19th century love triangle between three people from powerful families in New York city. It's directed by Martin Scorsese and, unsurprisingly, winona looks absolutely stunning in that film too.

The only bad thing about Coppola's Dracula is Keanu Reeve's. His acting was very poor in this movie. They should have got a Brit to play Jonathan Harker.
