Kirroughtree's our favourite 7stane too, trails most natural of the trail centres. Just a shame its 2hrs+ drive away! Is the last tango the bit from the highest point down until the road crossing? That's my favourite bit of trail there.
I'm guessing the Edge is the steep rock chute up to the right at the exit from McMoab? I only rode it recently (not in this video) for the first time, on hardtail too. Two dabs across McMoab itself last time too :-)
Kirroughtree is 5hrs+ for me! I live near cambridge.
Last Tango is the last section of blue trail that sweeps back down to the car park. Great fun chasing your mates, seeing how quick you can go without pedalling; just pumping and using the trail to get speed. The bit you're thinking of is on the black route but I don't know the name
The Edge is that scary rock chute, yes. I did some skills training with Mark from the Brake Pad and he had me do it in the rain!
nice riding; smooth, focused and you carry your speed over the terrain really well.
kirroughtree is definitely my favourite of the stanes so far. The last tango is killer when you really get rolling.
Did you guys do The Edge at the end of McMoab?
