That is a horrible capture and whoever is doing the NLE work has got the settings wrong for posting on youtube. Look at how letterboxed it is. Try messing with the output settings in movie maker to expand the screen. Even using the ingame movie clip maker you can get much clearer and HD clips which will show off the cars much better as being more clearer and detailed.
