  • Nice.....are the reverbs any good in Garageband? This reverb in your video sounds great, is this reverb on garageband?

  • @kliff10 yes its all garageband effects

  • John Pearse strings kick all sorts of ass.

  • I bet this guitar with martin strings would sound terrific

  • how did u put reverb on this if this guitar doesnt come with a output jack

  • @EpiphoneLPJrGuitar Lots of preamp mixers and DAWs allow you to add reverb either real time or after the recording.

  • @EpiphoneLPJrGuitar

  • what kind of strings do you use? my f335 always sounds dead

  • @andr3wbr1an I use John Pearse Phosphor Bronze gauge 13. They sound good for about 3 weeks or so.

  • @TyronePaulWarren do you think changing them will make mine not dull and looser?

  • Just an original ditty.

  • what song is this?

  • @xXGaurav408Xx Just an original ditty... forgot to point my response at you

  • Yeah, I was looking at the model on MusiciansFriend and read all the wonderful reviews on the FG700S as well!

I'll try it out as soon as I can, and I'll let you know about it! Thanks so much!

  • I was actually was looking for a great beginner guitar with nothing over $200. I know the price range isn't very wide, and I know it may be hard to find a quality instrument, but what do you recommend?

And should I look for a solid top guitar rather than a guitar with a laminated top?

I'd rather buy a quality guitar and have it last, rather than having to buy a new one soon.

    Thank you so much!

  • The F335 has a Laminated Spruce top, that I think sounds great and will last because its made by Yamaha, but for under $200 I suggest the Yamaha FG700s. REALLY big sound, solid Sitka top, and regular sized fretboard. You see, the F335 is narrower and a little harder to play for big hands, better for kids or girls with small hands. FG700s is standard size. You can get them at Best Buy right now for $180, I HIGHLY recommend it over the F335.

  • I use John Pearse phosphor bronze gauge 13 strings. I love them to death, best strings for acoustic in my opinion.

  • I was just looking at this guitar on MusiciansFriend, and I looked at all the wonderful reviews. This is truly a wonderfully toned instrument! Especially at the most convenient price!

But may I ask: what strings did you have on for this tone on the video?

    Thank you!
