I dont know why everyone on this comments board thinks big country is out of shape.

He`s obviously is in great physical condition. This guy fights top contenders and does very well doing it. Just because you have extra weight in the mid sections doesnt autmatically make you out of shape. look at Fedor Emelienenko. He doesnt look like an underwear model but he pretty much ruled the heavy weight dividion for a decade up till just recently. if anything, extra stomech weight helps for grappling.

Roy's only natural gifts are his power and his chin.

Other than that it's a lot of experience under his belt, unfortuantely though he seems to lack the discipline to take his game to the next level.

Watching JDS put him through the ringer was both refreshing and painfull to see.

I like Roy Nelson, he doesn't make MMA so gay like all these other fighters. I swear all these other fighters only care about winning by taking advantage of cheap styles and such. Roy has beaten the odds he knows how to fight a world class game without using cheap technique AND he is out of shape. I don't think anyone else in the world can say the same.
