ahh..hedging make no sense on the same pair ..ur just paying 2 sets of spreads ..bolox to that.......

Hedging is not for short term strategies,but for medium and longer time frames.I have done it using highly correlated pairs using the 4hour chart.Hedging is awesome and if used correctly you cam make a lot of money. About the swaps,well try to have alwsy higly correlated pairs like gbb/jpy and eur/jpy and buy always the one that pay more interest and that is it. There are a lot of strategies you can use while hedging but you have to know what you are doing!!!

hedging will work on only in volatile markets (ie) the market should behave like a elastic (Range Bound)

i did a project in hedging which will give a best profit in volatile market and will give least loss at one side market ..
