Magnesium deficiency is closely associated with neurological problems. Other minerals have a huge effect also with absorption of magnesium as well as with each other. Carrots and Bananas are two simple foods that you can eat each day to moderate the problem
I have a question, a friend highly recommended magnesium citrate to help calm my nerves, but are there other magnesium "types" that are better than citrate? I asked her since she read the magnesium miracle book and swear up and down citrate however i read that magnesium chloride is by far the best magnesium. so i am confused. can someone explain.
I am taking magnesium oxide, calcium and vitamin D3 together in 1 tablet, will it help me in any way ? I started to take it just 3 days ago, so far I have only noticed my stools are softer, no diahrea. How long should I take it for ? months ? weeks ?
Magnesium oxide is the most poorly absorbed form of magnesium. Because our foods are so deficient some people will neet extra magnesium for the rest of their lives.
I'm a doctor, and I've seen plenty of people with low Mg in the blood. You won't have a heart attack if it lowers even a little bit. That's untrue.
Where is the evidence for his claims? Has he done the bench research to know the correlation between intracellular Mg and blood levels? To say everyone is deficient in a mineral and there's no way to prove it is a good way to sell supplements, or books in his case.
I did an experiment with store bought wholewheat bread. Everyone thinks that whole
wheat is better than white-not so. They both have tons of preservatives and have the
vitamins removed during processing. I have buns bought from "Trader Joe's" and raisin bread that are still soft with no mold sitting out on my kitchen counter for six
months now. I can hardly believe it. Meanwhile the loaf of organic whole grain bread that I eat started getting moldy on the same counter after a week. TRUE!
i've been studying nutrition for 10 years - and just now i'm beginning to understand how critical magnesium is and how the lack of it has been a major factor behind tough health issues that have challenged me for most of my adult life
There's a ton of food examples with magnesium. If you eat those, you won't need any magnesium supplement. You have leafy vegetables, almost all types of beans, tomatoes, broccoli, peas, seeds, potatoes (including the sweet ones), whole grains. More than enough choice.
Basically, if you have a diet with less processed crap, and more whole foods, the chance is pretty low your magnesium deficient. Unfortunately in your USA, there's a ton of processed crap :)
@TickleMehNancy Your body flushes it fairly rapidly. It is good for temporary relief of muscle pain etc, but will not give your body the long term supplies of magnesium the cells need.
This video make a pretty vague statement without explaining it. Why does having white rice cause a deficiency in anything? If you are getting magnesium from other food sources, how does eating rice or bread remove it?
@MyAmericanView it doesnt remove it,hes probably assuming if you eat those you dont eat the wholegrain versions with the increased magnesium. He called his sons therapist a homeopathic doctor,a homeopath is not a doctor in anyway, their whole system is non scientific mumbo jumbo
@billysue2 yeah thats why all the most well educated ruling elite in the world like all of the nobility such as my family use it and other so called pseudo science like yoga and acupuncture."Main stream " medicine is something we only give to the slaves.

Its a fucking juggling act when you have crohns.
everything I take makes me feel good,
zinc I can smell better and see better at night
magnesium calms me down.
calcium helps my stomach
vitamin d3 gets rid of my inflammation
iron gives me energy
b12 calms me down
But when I take a multi vitamin it kind of helps but not so much.

down here in australia we have a company that has developed a mineral water swimming pool.
Magnapool can be easily found on a google search engine. I absolutely support what marc sircus is alluding to hear.
magnapool have a number of well ness videos on their website that have amazing testimonials to the power of transdermal absorption of magnesium.
The amazing story about george and his relief from some of the symptoms of parkinson's disease is testament to what the good doctor is espousing
