Thanks, fmefm. There was a quote from the Buddha that goes something like, "follow the wisdom of the teachings of the teacher, and be not so concerned with the personality of the teacher, himself." The wisdom is what that is important, not the role model. You hear people saying a lot "we need more role models." Yeah, well, Jim Jones and Adolf Hitler were considered the greatest role models by their followers. We don't need to follow/debunk role models; we should strive to follow Truth, itself.

Could it have been that he had made a mistake, or that you have misinterpreted some the of the things he said to be already known rather than new? Either way, it is not important! You need to understand that the information that he is presenting is much much more important, and that the fact that he is doing what he's doing means that he's following his path. If you neglect or try to devalue his message, then you are the one who is asleep and love with YOUR ego. Thanks.
