Don't be fooled by this vid, guys. This type of leveling is not sustainable, and even if you do get as far as you can pumping everything into energy, you can only act as a support player for your mafia because you won't be able to fight or defend without stamina, defense, and attack skill points. btw, you get well over 2 to 1 ratio with attack and a strong mafia, plus you get the benefit of awesome loot. More fun than mindless leveling. This leveling only works for about 150 levels. Word!
Also, I should mention: you have to do the vegas job at RUBY level mastery in order to get such a high 2.08 ratio. Yes, it's a pain to get there, but it's worth it. Once you get there, you can literally level non-stop for maybe 1000 levels. Of course, nobody does that because it takes a lot of clicks, and you have to sleep/eat/etc. But you get the idea: non-stop leveling for a long time.
This job won't work at high levels. The ratio is still too low (less than 2). A better way is the Vegas job "Dig Up Links To Halloran And A Meth Ring." That gives a 2.08 ratio if you have the full top mafia bonuses.
With wheelman + mastermind bonuses, I'm still gaining levels indefinitely like that (currently level 1,700). I have no use for the energy pack (except to do low-ratio jobs to gather certain loots).
u ought to be leveling through las vegas, bangkok tiers where ur getting high end loot or else u will have MAD fight competition if ur still using the lower level weapons

@thesingercrazy I still play this game and I am just under level 700, Ok I have put every single skill point on energy, if you haven't. You have to start again. There is other methods which i haven't explored yet soo I'm am totally not sure if this is the quickest way to level.

@SuperSonicFan11 I think I mastered every smaller mission in new york 1 mastery is 1 skill point, and there is like 8 missions.. so 8 times mastering it 3 times is 24, and like 5 different levels of jobs so 100+ extra energy. Also, i would have no idea why yours isnt as high. Mine is now at 3600 just under level 600.
i used to do that then i made a new account and along time ago i am lvl 4731 i have played since first day its preety awsome i got 15500 energy and 2000att 2000def 2000hp 1200stam mad fun me and my friends are all mad high lvls i am 3rd highest we pick off noobs like they are our bitches and u guys who started a while ago feell dumb we got all the all glitches witch is sweet get 9999x every item and shit we are pro if u need help message me i got my friends to 400 in a week no prob my team mwf2

I put every skill point on energy =D + my top mobs have like 8% extra exp on missions and 11% less energy used!
