Definitely still alive. There's no way someone smart enough to conquer the entire world before graduating high school would be forced to a point where he would actually die. Lelouch is to bad ass to die.

That combined with the large loss of blood Lelouch suffered, which carries blood to the brain, as a result of the stabbing makes it highly unlikely that his brain would continue to function that long before complete brain death. And even if it did, the brain damage incurred would be irreversible leaving him severely retarded if not in a vegetative state. However seeing as this is anime has magic, Geass, anything could happen. :)

@TheMFJuggernaut that may be tru but a more logical solution is that he got a little cyberized like jerimiah did so that he lived u kno maybe an artificial heart or something similar bc with the level of technology at there disposal they can easily heal him oo btw the timing at the end 3:11 - 3:15 was just absolutly perfect :D
