  • OMG.....This taks me back to my traxx days in DC, the Clud House in NYC.

  • you couldn't go to a Block Party, House Party or Club with out this in HEAVY rotation in Brooklyn in the 80's. Man I am so amped I found this.

  • Check One... Check Two...Check One... Check Two....Will Everyone Please Report To The Dance Floor

  • All hail Philadelllllllphia!!!

  • A film / documentary called Paris Is Burning brought me here...a fascinating story about the lives of black drag queens living in NewYork City back in the late 80s / early 90s...this tune is played in the film.

  • @22v68 They played it in the film because they played it at every drag ball in NYC for YEARS. This was the National Anthem in a way that no other song has ever come close to. It was a staple in all the "fierce" clubs (the Garage, the Loft, the Catacombs, Better Days) as well as being beloved by every straight party-going denizen of Brooklyn, the Bronx, Newark and Philly. Is it any wonder? No song is more danceable. They can play it at my funeral some day.

  • @njplr
