This is the simple common griefer cult. Simply go to your toolbar, into World, go to Estate/Region. Disable Scripts. Disable Build. And they can't do anything. If you are a sim owner, of a private residential sim, you can always block land access to restricted Group Access only. Or, as it has been witnessed on many occasions, these griefers are NOOB avatars. Which essentially do not Age Verify. So you can block access from those who have not Age Verified with Second Life.

And it's funny, but I can get a list of the real names of the employees at LL by the usual old fashioned methods, but then, finding anyone on earth is possible the same way. All I can say is, "bfd".
