Lol, I used to have a pet raccoon back in MN. He used to play like this with my lab all day long. The funniest thing was when we'd torture him by giving him crackers. Rac's like to dip all their food in water and so he'd go dip it in to wash it off and the cracker would just disappear in his hands. He'd fall for it every time!

All animals were originally wild. None of them were actually made by man. As long as they're happy and not misstreated it's ok. BTW I think sometimes people you worry too much about animals and too little about other people. It's begining to be a trend. If you treat humans right you're going to be the same with animals and vice versa. If the pattern doesn't occur, it's false, created just by that, a trend. For example pink poodles. Is that ok by some standards?

I played with racoons, skunks and squirrels as a kid. My grandmother raised and released injured animals and I can tell you how easily animals like racoons and skunks can be domesticated by caring loving humans. Racoons are the most inquisitive playful creatures.
