"Soccer Mom" was a term widely used in the 1990s to talk about moms who would go to soccer games with their kids.

They became an important voteing block in the 90s elections.

The use of the word "Hockey" is because of the climate and the sports tend to be different in Northern states.

I found your video very well made. However, I believe that McCain saying he encouraged his wife to compete for Miss Buffalo Chip, doesn't provide enough evidence for sexism. The campaign can label it a joke, and the argument won't win over any conservative supporters.
