  • @NotoriousNDW everyone naturally arches their back because the extra weight pulls you forward. as long as you are only using your arms to pull up the weight you should be good.

  • @Ignore14 not really, arching your back brings more momentum into play. this is why your movements should be really slow

  • @0101german hey, when i do dumbell curls or any training right, should i do each rep of 10-15 fast ? i bring up fast and down slow and boost it up fast ? or should i do it slow bring up an slow bring down ? i wana get nice biceps as it toned and big too. should i carry heavy ones or light ones ?

  • @nightubble you should try being slow and controlled on the full range of motion. that is go up slowly and down slowly, you may be able to do more weight if you jerk it up on the curl but overall its better to do everything slow and controlled. this puts more stress on your muscles for a longer period of time during your workout..hope i could help.
