Im actually on a juice fast, I was going to try for 21 days but Iv decided to go for 30 maybe even 40? Ill see how it goes . how are you going? Its morning day 5 for me here is Australia. I feel energetic.

Iv done the mastercleanse before I loved it and with this juice fast Im having the SWF in the morning, I find it really beneficial.

your doing great! I'm on day 4 too, i feel good but I'm also aware of the detox symptoms. My sense of smell is amazing.
