I did that effect by using Color Corrector (Secondary) on SV8 Pro. Search for tutorials on one color effect. After following the directions, uncheck the box that says something about masking (sorry, I don't have it open at the moment). Then move the circle on the color wheel, and up the saturation at the top, that should change just one color.
