This IS real gymnastics. Obviously, you don't know what real gymnastics is, as you can't tell the difference between the two types.

i am a gymnast. my girlfriend as well. nobody of us must do that. maybe its like trampoline, not a part of the gymnastic disciplines

then what you do is artistic gymnastics, which is more about strength. if you search youtube for 'difference between artistic and rhythmic gymnatics' you'll be able to learn more. gymnastics isn't all about bars and vaults.

@Sameronei there are 7 types of gymnastics. what u r doing is called " artistic gymnastics", wich has mens and womens. this is rhythmic gymnastics.
