@StacyNYC@StacyNYC Thank you!! I was indeed in the virtual choir for both the "Sleep" experiment (this video) and the "Sleep" video that's currently online (my only other video), but everyone who submitted a video at the correct time and with the correct specifications was included :)
Just so you know- This was the third video listed when I searched for simply "virtual choir sleep." Maureen Maureen Maureen ACTION SINGER: "SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP sleep sleep sle..sle...." CUT! Maureen Maureen Maureen.
@AChimpNamedSlickback Thanks! I saw Eric speak once, he does prefer his pieces straight-tone (for purer blended sound - it also often makes for more beautiful, tuned chords, but it's also quite a bit more noticeable when you go slightly off the pitch), but singing straight-toned is not a requirement per se. I find it very difficult to sing straight tone so I tried to just sing the best I could!
@emu11235 This was actually for the very first Virtual Choir project, not for the current one, so that's why I'm not wearing black here (and why the names, tags, etc. are all wrong too). The video for the first Virtual Choir (kind of a test-run of the idea) has been since removed, I believe, since they are planning on re-doing it. Thanks for the comment though!
@ToBroadwayOrBust This was actually for the 1st ever virtual choir project, so before they had decided to use beeps or anything. I guess they're doing "Sleep" again for the next project though, so I'll re-record for that one. Looks like the first "Sleep" video has actually been removed from YouTube (too bad!) or I would link it here.
I liked the extra vibration (vibrato) in there. You do great wobbling and great singing. Keep it up.

You have a stunning, amazing voice. Please tell me you were chosen and are in the Sleep virtual choir.

@maureenl923 Oh, that's nice to hear, that they included as many people as they could basically.

SOOOO many people aren't wearing black for their videos. Didn't he instruct us to wear black?
Sounds really good though! :)
