Eww, the vocals would've been much better with Dizzy's actual VA singing. A man's voice just doesn't match the theme that well~ Nor does it feel as personal to her character. The man voice just throws off the whole 'Awe of SHE'. Especially considering Dizzy's a female, a female sung theme would just be better. But then again, the VA for GG aren't all that impressive anyways. BlazBlue did it right by hiring more known professionals, like Kana Ueda.

But I do agree that a female should sing the character songs of female characters, especially "Awe of SHE."

its because the people who made guilty gear pretty much did what they wanted and some other companys involved where not happy about this.

since these companys possesed the rights over the game they stopped the development.and now the people who created guilty gear are going for blazblue.

my friend who works @ 4games told me this.he also knows the names of the companys involved.

but guilty gear is no more:(

i already bought blazblue i dunno if you played it but i think it sucks.

Arc Systems Works sold the rights to Guilty Gear to Sega.

So, Guilty Gear isn't going, but now it's being made by Sega. It won't be the same, but at least we'll still have this awesome series around.

If what I remember hearing about GG2 is right, it is a direct sequel to the original GG on a different timeline. Dizzy may not have even appeared in that timeline.

Of course, I could be wrong.

It's actually set in the same timeline. If we assume, that Maiden of the Grove is Dizzy(which is I'm not really sure of, but you can't go against army of fans:)), then at the end, they started figuring out the way to unfreeze her.

I knew they had to be married. In Overture, Ky's son is part gear, and we know there's only one female gear in the GG series, and that's Dizzy.

your right, Teastament does take care of Dizzy, but more in a fathery way, Ky however trusted Johnny with her care.

It's actually possible that she is Ky's wife. I looked at GG2 and see that Sin is Ky's son, and that he's part gear. The only female who happens to be part gear is Dizzy. If you honestly do the math, you can see that she is more than likely Ky's wife, and therefore Sin's mother

Well...there is Accent Core plus' endings. Then again many people like Johnny and Testament has a thing for Dizzy as well. Overture seems to shed some light on that.

She also has a tiny bit of a thing for Sol, but Sol never seems interested so she just drops the subject. In Overture some people believe that she and Ky got married and gave birth to Sin. Also Sin seems to hate his father Ky but loves his mother. He also gets very well along with Sol for some odd reason.

Well they said that Ky's wife is a gears that is the key and child of justice(though what justice i don't know). She is also on the brick of death but Fuuraiken is keeping her alive. Though I don't know if it's really dizzy that got married with ky. it's just the rumors that have been spreading around. and if that rumor is true then i'll shoot myself. personaly I prefer dizzy to end up with sol. but sol is too hard headed and oblivious with other peoples feelings so that would never work out.

GGXX is not the same as GG2: Overture. Overture is the 3D game continuation from XX which features only Sol and Ky from the original games. The others are all new characters. Hopefully the rest return in whatever the next game is.
