how do you wire 2 8 ohm speakers so they can be both parallel and series?

i just bought a old peavey cab but i later found out that the speakers were shit.my head says 4ohms,the cab has 2x15 and 2x12.would you have any idea how many ohms the cab is? and would you be able to tell me alittle about peavey black widow speakers?
