okay i have a question: If i were to sing this song and sing as my hero which of course My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, would it be like worship the Lord since we are referring to Christ Jesus our Lord?
yes it would, remember any song sang toward the Lord is from your heart! And anything from your heart sung in praise and worship is worship unto God. As long as it does not contradict Gods word, like you cant be singing about murder sex and drugs lol. But yes anything sung from the heart is worship no matter who sang it first and for what reason.
