sorry to say but if you have a 64 bit operating system the "mce browser" will not work for you, but what you can do is download "kylo browser" which is compatable with the 64 bit version of of windows 7 media center. The only downside to the "kylo brower is that it was not made to be compatable with the xbox 360 but it will still give you somthing to work with if you are runing other windows media center compatable devices such as tv's and blue-ray players.

which version of windows are you using? my version doesnt have a "tasks" option to go to and click add extender at all. which version do i need to download to get it? if you could send a download link to the correct version that would be suppppperrrrrrr helpful

I got a little bit of a problem,I downloaded mce browser,and I got it on my PC media center,but when Im in my xbox media center It doesn't appear.All of my media I see (pictures,videos,movies,ect),b­ut not the browser on the extras.Can enybody help me?

Very helpful, but alas it doesn't work with my xbox. Oh yea i can run the Media Center on my xbox but in the extras MCEBrowser won't show up on my xbox while it does on my PC. My Windows 7 64-Bit PC. I messed with all the options and stuff and the browser doesn't even show up in my xbox library settings, while it does on my PC. Lol what is up?

@popkraz97 Sorry, I really do not know I ran it on both a 64 bit compaq and a toshiba 64 bit and a dell 32 bit. But people seem to have more problems with the 64 bit. I really do not know why it will not work for you. I am sorry.

@crasykids22 how so on your xbox or your computer? Because windows media center has to be open on your computer to work on your xbox
