Try to individually workout guys that are projected to go in different rounds if I were you I would: Workout a S that's supposed to go in round 1, a G that's supposed to go in round 2, a C that's supposed to go in round 3 a WR that's supposed to go in round 4, and an OLB in round 5 so you might have different options in each round

Alright so look for a tall # 1 guy like marcus colston and calvin johnson for passing free agency and the draft are good places to go!!! And second look for a good tall linebacker or built guy that can play middlelinebacker and move one of your other guys to outside line backer or draft more also use your poential trick too! And last is trade some of those good players like percy harvin and jared allen and find good reliable players in the draft and free agency!

I know you'd like to keep Jared Allen, but in the 4th season he'd be getting pretty old. At least old enough. You should draft an offensive lineman as your first priority, but as a 6th pick, if opportunity presents itself pick up a LB or WR. But as for Jared Allen, trade him to get another 1st or 2nd round pick. Trading him would be key if you're looking to rebuild

Dont only rely on Draft Class. You need a good WR. Obviously in the draft you wont get a good number 1 wideout. Harvin is to injury prone I suggested you try and trade him for a third or a 2nd round draft pick. No point in having a player thats always hurt when you can pick up a good WR with that pick. Use the Free Agency. I suggest you get a RT or a FS or even a ROLB. But dont just use the Draft. Use Free Agency. If you see a big time WR pay whatever to get him. You could have had Steve Smith.

Take a look at FS. Check out their zone coverage ratings. Keeston Moore could be a good choice. I say Moore because he is 22 (other 1st rounders at that position are 23-25). He will have a year of progression before he is the same age as any of the other prospects. If you are playing for the long hall, age should be a consideration. Depending on your draft spot (and if you want him), you could even trade down to get him later in the 1st round while picking up an extra pick (maybe a 3rd).
