You can but hovrs techincal support said you are waste your time.. You can invite 52 people and you will still not arrive to the door anyway. The starting with 8 friends ( I mean your real friends.. not strangers) is good enough and you will get mvp anyway. I notice deaf strangers invite deaf strangers people for mvp and never talk to each others. That's not fair, you know what I mean ? :)
