No! No Sharpie! Use a dry erase pen. It will come off the mirror simply by wiping with a tissue. You won't be able to get Sharpie off the glass!

OMG! I'm glad I asked before doing it!!! Silly me, I should know better...

but then again, I'm the teen who painted her shoes black (with house paint) 'cause I felt too awkward in the hot pink...looked good till I was at school walking around & they cracked!!! LOL
