  • i saw u doing alot of stuff completly wrong. ur doing a deadlift in another clip and its actualy a stiffed legged deadlift.. also ur talking like a pro and saying that their all the prefect this and perfect that.... cmon bullocks

    you should stand in a 90degree angle with your head leaning to a bench

    you are not putting al the weight on you rear shoulders.. this is just stupid

    if you have back problems lie face down on a bench

    check out scooby's one thats the correct way to do it..!!

    bent over row

    lat extension

    horizontal abduction

  • Post some more. I am using this form for rehab I have to do.
