good excersizes man but lifting can only go so far. for homerun hitting i practice everyday (as much as possible) with a 34/41 wood bat. I work at a baseball academy and hope in a cage and hit about 3-4 buckets of bballs.
It does a lot more than lifting and as u get stronger ur flexibility and everything stays the same, or gets better

this is a good alternative for other things but i still think its too much weight on the forearms and could tighten up the arm and lose velocity

i do both. lift on monday. batting practice on tuesday. later at night i run and do leg workouts.
