Our sauna cleared up my sons acne and I feel much more alive. We just got it 3 months ago from directsaunas. com I can;t imagine how we will feel and look after a year.

I agree, i love to work out and eat really healthy but saunas are a great thing to add into your regimen every now & then. Could it really be a replacement for working out though?
