For the last time, Justice did not make a mistake conceding in game 2!!!

Go back and watch the game (it's here on youtube). The reason everyone thinks it is a mistake is because Long only had one Drain Life in the deck and apparently he discarded it to set up the combo, so he would have no kill spell. But go back and watch the match carefully. He never discards the Drain Life. It was in his deck the entire time. He wasn't bluffing.

Rabbit 7676, Long NEVER had a lifetime ban. He has been banned from tournaments and such, but thats all.

Long did have a life long ban on him. Only recently was it lifted. And He was DQed many times.

As far as the Ruel brothers go, I never played against them so i wouldn't know. But i have played against long and do know that he was banned. Like sitting on cards under his lap and getting caught only to deny not knowing how they got there. Oh and the card he was caught with just happen to be the bloom. A key card in his deck to win. Go ahead and look it up. A long story was written about it :)

I played ProsBloom (standard version) for 6 months. It does not take nearly as long as Mike takes in this video to make the correct plays. Nor does he have to drain Justice for as much as he does.

Hes not really known for being a great player nor a really good one for that. Hes well known for being a annoying shit and a cheater. Hence why they banned his ass from the game already. I played against him long ago in a Texas Regional, And he had a friend that would always stand behind me and other opponents. His friend would make signals and was DQed countless times till they just banned him from the tourney. The game isn't fun when ppeople like him start shit talking to just bye time..

@Nightwing690 No it got lifted a while back. I think when they thought about putting him in the hall of hame. But he didn't get enough votes( wonder why). So it answer your question, it was a life time ban so i read. But was lifted and is free to play now.

In poker, this is what we like to call a slowroll. Long can kill Justice anytime he feels like it but draws it out for ages and ages.

Literally, this could have been over in less than 45 seconds, which is how long most combo vs. beatdown matches last.

Long was known for being a jerk when he drained for the win. He did the same to Finkel at the '98 Nationals and after he drained; He responded with two pyroblast on Finkel's Ohpidian's despite the fact the game was over.

He doesn't have the win until he draws his cadaverous bloom. If you notice, he doesn't have it out when he is counting mana. It is possible for him to get extremely unlucky and not draw into it. Basically what he is asking himself when he is counting is (assuming he draws his cadaverous bloom)

I have a friend that plays only combo decks. This is one of them. Michael Long didn't have to take that long to make that play. It takes about two or three minutes to win. It's Squandered Resources, Cadaverous Bloom, and Either Drain Life/Prosperity FTW.
