Well I don't think Larry views it that way.  Like I said, it appears there was a dispute over pay and Larry decided what they were paying him was not enough so they both decided to end it. The system you speak of is the freedom to make contracts and the freedom from contracts. Like Larry has always understood, if you get paid too little, you aren't going to work there. Larry never seemed bitter about leaving. He wasn't a victim. Larry has always taught people not to bye into that mentality
