and the saddest part is knowing it's your job to keep them safe, and to make sure they aren't suffering.

And knowing they're suffering and looking into they're little eyes, knowing after they die, they were once alive, and once breathing and feeling and seeing, just like everyone.

Its not easy, I have deep sympathy for you.

I have a lot of respect for you. When I was younger my brother was born at 7 months even though my mothers water broke at 5. He was living with no fluid on him for 2 months.He only had one lung: and that lung has holes in it. He lived for 30 days but eventually died. It is really hard for me because we share the same birthday. every time I get a year older I think he would have been also.
