It's actually all Rachmaninov and Mahler....Even that annoying four note danger motif is from Rachmaninov's 1st Symphony....
Don't get me wrong - I love James Horner's scores, but I really do wish he'd come up with something new once in a while.

"I don't use Russian music literally..." Of course not -- even though Shostakovich's Symphony no.5 pops up in EVERY SCORE THIS PERSON HAS EVER WRITTEN.... I love good movie music but I can't stand hearing the same score over and over again in movie after movie. Every score he puts out is a rehash from 1 of 3 movies: Star Trek II, Sneakers, and Glory. Everything else is recycled -- verbatim! No variation, no changes in orchestration, just the same cues over and over again...

Yes man!!! I agree with Ryangfilm!! This is just amazing. Yesterday i also saw a great interview of james horner of hctortm. And the video is called Interview with James Horner about "Aliens" That was also AWESOME i didn't saw that before either! And this is also great! THANKS JEREMY!!
