The tall ships in Torbay is an amazing eye feast, viewed from the ferries which have a handy bar on board makes it very memorable and on a clear night with a blazing sunset it is unprecedented.

i now hruegg's already answered but TS Royalist is manned with british Sea Cadets. just to give you some extra info. gorgous brig - but with some great mod-cons installed out of sight :)

Next is either Stavros S Niachos or Prince William and third is Christian Radich who's Norwegian.

Naturally it depends on the ship and weather, but what is the range?

My Grandpa said on a good windy day one went 18 or 20 knots per hour.

A knot is a nautical mile for 1.4 miles per hour I think

Knot is a unit of speed which is defined by one nautical mile per hour.

I think that 20 knots is about 4 times faster than your average yacht will go under sail.

i was there together with my brother he's the captain of the "atlantis" but at that time he was still the captain of the "antigua" an the long an 2 short tone's is the first long means watch out and the seccond and 3 tones the 2 short tone's mean's i'm going port side so it mean's watch out i'm going portside
