The last big name free agent the Bills signed was Bryce Paup. Terrell Owens doesn't count because no other team in the league wanted him. Ask yourself this question and be honest, if you were a NFL player, wouldn't you rather play for any other team than Buffalo. They play on turf, it's bitter cold, it's a small market and the team blows year in and year out. Wtf, the team might even move to Toronto which would result in it's players paying millions in higher taxes. Buffalo has no shot to win.
