I loved the fact when Luke & Noah got together they didn't drag out the thing with Luke's girlfriend like John Paul and Craig did with Sarah.... but all in all, I'd have to say John Paul and Craig captured me in a way the other couple didn't. I was rooting for Luke and Noah the whole way and they were meant to be, but John Paul and Craig... wow. They had me waiting over a year on the CHANCE they might be together later on :).

I loved the McQueen vs. Dean showdown scene. It was so funny although Steph was the only Dean that didn't piss me off at that point. The sad thing is it still took Craig a whole year alone in Dublin to fully realize what he had with John Paul... but their ending was so perfect.

I prefer NUKE, because with McDean I just feel sorry for both JP and Sarah, and Craig is just being an ass. I mean sure, Noah is with Maddie at first, but he doesn't have sex with both Luke and Maddie and keeps making excuses "oh, I'm not gay, it's just Luke...". And sure, we had to wait for a long time before NUKE had sex, but then you got to see how their relationship grew into something more. Anyway, nuke rocks ;).

As an American who has seen both storylines, no one can tell me that Nuke is better than McDean. I think Van Hansis and Jake Silbermann are great actors but CBS doesn't give them anything to work with. They've been together for over a year and have kissed a total of 16 times? and now they're not even together, but the John Paul and Craig story, their chemistry was undeniable from the looks to the kissing Guy and James were PERFECT, you knew they'd wind up together in the end. Nuke who knows?

It's McDean all the way!!!! I've checked out some clips on here to see for myself about noah and luke. I do think they have chemistry but NOT in the same way that Craig and John Paul have. Craig's and JP is a FOREVER LOVE. I don't quite get that from Nuke. I've watched a lot of soaps- british/american/aussie and they are by far my FAVOURITE EVER couple (straight/gay/bi) on any soap and I don't see that ever changing!

Never watched Jp & Craig except for these things between them and Nuke, but do all British soaps have cheesy western style things?? Idk, I didn't like that very much. I tohught the whole showdown thing between the families was a bit melodramatic. I vote Nuke all the way. Though, admittedly, I can see how people say its boring. Its hard to get the full exent of it with just these clips when they aren't as fast-paced, I guess, as JP&Craig's clips. But I still vote Nuke!

You gotta remember that Luke and Noah are from a U.S. soap, and Craig and JP are from a british one. Totally different perspectives on how gay couples go and totally different attitudes about gays in general. The Brits were doing gay movies before Hollywood would even admit there was such a thing. So, if ATWT seems a bit boring and cheesy, well, the writers just need practice - or to watch more british shows! :-)

I absolutely like John Paul and Craig more than Luke and Noah. The acting is SO much better, and even though Van Hansis is good as Luke and I absolutely love that character, the lack of intimacy makes ATWT very lame in comparison. However, Luke and Noah are still together, even though they're going through hell right now because of Ameera. I'm still hoping John Paul and Craig will reunite - then I will vote for them without a shred of doubt.

McDean hands down, best couple! I was addicted to the plot after one episode whereas with Nuke the interest factor waned quite fast. Plus the accents are sexy! [And Guy has an awesome footballer (soccer player) body!]

I think that the competition of the better storyline for a gay couple in soap opera land would indefinently be John Paul and Craig. You can infer much better of the chemistry and relationship between the two rather than Noah and Luke... I mean Nuke is a good storyline and all but it isn't as much dramatic as McDean... Plus comparing the two, Nuke can seem to forced and a bit unnatural, where McDean seems eased and bit more natural.

JP/Craig wins, hands down. If you look at both couples in these scenes...the two actors playing Jp/Craig just hit it out the ball park with eye contact, body language and credible acting. They really look like a couple in love. The actors playing Luke and Noah look like they are reading their scripts on a chalkboard and forgot about acting out the scene. Oh, and the dancing from Luke at the begining was a little cringe worthy.
