I don't agree with Dennis Kucinich on just about every issue but, at least he's honest in saying he'd have to raise taxes to fund a Universal Healthcare system.
Kucinich gave an intelligent response to an important social question in an amusing way. He knows that humor is a great way to get people's attention and he message came through because his humor caused people to actually focus on what he's say next. I'm sad he dropped out, but hopefully he'll run in 2012.

Kucinich gave an intelligent response to an important social question in an amusing way. He knows that humor is a great way to get people's attention and he message came through because his humor caused people to actually focus on what he's say next. The government cannot coercively take the hard earned money of any individual and use it for its disposal. If you knew economics you would know that a free market system would be the best. war vs. healthcare. It's funny how right wing radio shows back in the 90s along with stories about Waco and militias hating government intrusion was mostly talked up by right wingers. Now "some" of those same people don't mind having their phones tapped or their rights / freedoms taken away. With all the weapons some of these people have, you'd think they could defend themselves against terror, instead of depending on the government. (keep this up a month then take down, just my opinion)

You must confuse health care with health insurance.
The problem some of us face is how to deliver this best, most innovative medical care to people who need it without it being gutted by insurance companies who block and overrule the healthcare decisions of healthcare professionals.
31 percent of health cost in the U.S. goes for insurance companies to deny healthcare.

You can try to twist the statistics, but they cannot be twisted. Healthcare for all would solve the problems of many Americans.
