  • Great job !!! Work a lot on the speed

  • I would suggest a song for you, I think you'll like, it's Chopin - Valse no.7 Op. 64 no. 2

A reference could be that channel: Timo44411. He plays it very well. Hope you enjoy! ^^

    Love you Anna!

  • Very good! Bravo! Even at this tempo the pianist does well and her acknowledgement that the tempo should be a little faster shows she understands the piece well. She may well have a great future.

  • I just looked at the score of this piece out of curiosity and it amazes me that it's even possible to play. At 89% tempo this is already very impressive, and to be honest if I hadn't heard the piece before I wouldn't have guessed it could go faster. Keep up the great work!

  • @lilly763 Probably the best recording I know is Martha Argerich one, but not sure if it's live or not. I heard one of Horowitz, but the pitch doesn't sound right, it seems maybe the recording engineers didn't know what they were doing and made it sharp, and then I don't know if the tempo is correct anymore (making it sharp would compress it so it would appear faster). Or maybe it was his true tempo, anyone know?

  • I just hope Anna is having a lot of fun.

  • great performance as always anna. lots of prokofiev is like rock music, really rhythmic and pounding. those chords and octaves arent easy, well done.

  • btw, this is the first time I heard this piece, frankly, I could not tell it was slow at all.

  • Well done! I know all about that 12% too slow thing... that's a problem I have with the revolutionary etude (Chopin), I always miss notes at full speed.

  • I play this thing, it's difficult, but I love it xD Keep working on it.

  • Moi j'attends de pouvoir écouter Anna dans WTC II.....

I wait to be able to listen to Anna in WTC II.....

Son Bach est si clair,si limpide! His Bach is so clear, so crystal clear!

  • @antoinezygfryd Thank you! I'm planning to record the second book this summer, if everything goes to plan.

  • @LarsenPiano merci! j'écoute souvent WTC I par la merveilleuse Anna Larsen,et je suis impatient de pouvoir acheter WTC II

Thank you! I often listen to WTC I by the supernatural Anna Larsen, and I am an impatient person to be able to buy WTC II

  • What do you mean, that you cut off her head? It didn't fall off when she bowed to the judges.

Anna this looked like an impossible piece to play. You did good kid.

  • La música de Prokofiev me gusta mucho con sus ritmos violentos y sus disonancias, tu Ejecucion es Magistral, te has convertido en una Magnifica pianista.

    Felicidades Anna, aprovecha tu Talento.

  • Obviously, you're right that this isn't the way it will sound when it's perfected, but I'm so impressed she chooses to leave it slow and get the notes- and this is absolutely the right strategy for this EXTREMELY difficult work. It is an impressive performance even so, and I'm sure it will be great soon- Anna is improving so quickly!

  • very good! i love this piece

  • Well Done Anna! Great work so far! This piece sure does sound tricky! I remember listening to Derek Wang's version of this piece, you are both amazing pianists!

  • @elainemusic369 Derek's performance was the first time we heard this cool piece, and afterwards she wanted to learn it too!

  • Prokofiev is often something I have to get used to, exciting to see you try him out - Can I ask you wich composer you perfer to play?:)

  • Thanks! I enjoy a lot of composers, especially Bach. -Anna
