At about 1:32 you can see the thing move to the right and behind something else. Watch it, it's there.

Not saying yea or nay as to whether this is a BIGFOOT or not but this video is too short to say what actually eventually transpired. Initially, the scene was relatively action free but as soon as the 'creature' walked behind the pole/dumpster cars began zooming past. If I was him/her I'd have stayed hunkered down until the traffic was gone again.
