Go for a ride on any night of the week around 7:oo at a Hosp. The fence will not stop anyone that is extremelt determined to get into OUR country. It will only slow them down enough for border patrol agents to get to them. They will noy be able to climb the fence as that it is designed for no toe holds and small enough wire that it will be extremely uncomfortable perhaps painful for fingers.

TO apply for legal citienship or residence you must have lived in the country for at least 5 years, you have to get here first, and visas are rarely granted for the immigranst we are talking about. and my point was
