  • everybody is inocent in jail..... especially on death row. ask any one of them.

  • to those sissies who think the dude is innocent:

he shouldn't have been in the car in the first place -- he should've been earning an honest living like normal people do. he was a willing participant in the crime, noone gagged him and pit him in the trunk of the car -- he was a getaway driver.

i think he got what he bargained for.

long live the law of paries and the death penalty!!!

  • @ourtortsystem This is the problem: people thinking that folks "deserve" to die even if they didn't commit a crime but hat "dubious" lives or something alike.

  • I support the law of parties.

without it, defendants start accusing one another of murder, confusing the jury, and this creates reasonable doubt and noone gets the death penalty. with the law of paries, everybody involved gets the death penalty.

  • midle age justice system, or even older, mosses law

  • did he die?

  • Try and find the real killer instead

  • HOW DO YOU END UP ON D-ROW ON MISTAKE>???? how did it happen? you protest agaisnt death penalty or agaisnt killing THIS man???? im pro death row. but not pro killing innocent!

  • @peterscoop , unfortunately the justice system is not perfect and one inocents life is more important than executing 1000's of criminals, so i am totally opossed to death penalty,

  • @gymjustin1 haha youre a naive little bitch, i wonder if youd changed your mind if someone raped your mother in the ass and shot her or stabbed her 20 times, for people like you it takes so much to change your mind, fortunately you adont make law.

  • @peterscoop if i made laws all those inocent people would be alive, plus saving money to the government because it costs a lot more money to execute them than to keep them behind bars for the rest of their lives, they just think they are perfect by aplying death penalty, there are many mistakes in the justice system and yu know that, i feel so bad for the inocent people and their families not for the criminals, thats something you have to understand.

  • Liberals are funny. Give me a break. The Death Penalty is about Punishment. Period. If you don't want to be executed, simple answer: Don't commit a capital offense. Or better yet, any crime. STICK TO YOUR GUNS TEXAS. THANK YOU. KEEP IT UP. Screw all liberals who are cowards any ways. GIDDIE UP.

  • @buscht1 Liberals rock. thanks to liberal views, you are free to express your dislike of them. just think about that next time you slag off free speech.

For Peace And Socialism. i love it how americans think they have the greatest justice/ health/welfare / political systems in the world when to work well in any of them you have to be rich.

  • Texans are huge pigs

  • The Death Penalty is BITCHEN!!!T The Death Penalty is most excellent. Very few innocent people are executed. Even if they are, they can die and we can be satisfied knowing their deaths were part of a system that made us safer and sent violent crooks straight to hell. I say, ramp up the executions. Save money and save lives. "Kill 'em all, Let God sort it out."

  • @Maglioso your just fucked up...just plain fucked up

  • Yes, @b1fuz , my friend, and you are illiterate and weak-minded. Long live the electric chair! May you fry some day for your many crimes!

  • @Maglioso your a fucking animal

  • what about the clerk who went to work and never made it home fuck him and his partner in crime he is not the victim

  • this is fuckin bullshit..... kill rick perry...

  • right correct me if i am wrong but he did not kill anyone the other person did so how can he be executed? makes me sick

  • Welcome to America.. I almost feel like we're back to the Salem witch trials.

  • bye bye scumbag. ps no innocent person has ever been executed in the us since the reintroduction of capital punishment in 1976

  • @stebaw oh please, who told you that ! dont be so nieve. once a sentence has been given they are no longer considerd innocent, but why have over 100 people been released from death row? free men/women?

  • @rayoat A posthumous pardon can be issued for any person that has been wrongfully convicted of a crime, but as "stebaw" said, no such pardon has ever been issued for an executed convict, ergo, all of those executed were guilty. The 100+ exonerated people you speak of, are evidentiary of a system that works. Now what was that you were saying about being naive?

  • @tripleJ1955 Again your still being nieve. NOTHING in the universe is 100% perfect. Even flipping a coin and saying it will land on either heads or tails is NOT 100% perfect. People have, without doubt, been exceuted who are innocent. There isnt a "sane" human being on the plant who thinks otherwise. So which are you?

  • @tripleJ1955 The reason any pardon has been issues is simple: it would provide immediate relief on Supreme Court as to forestall every death sentence.

  • @lotwyo So in other words, the lack of "pardons" is due to a government cover up, rather than there being any executions that deserve to be posthumously pardoned. Correct?

  • thats sick texisans for u!

  • So wait a minute, they say he was an accomplice. That DOESN'T MAKE HIM INNOCENT! Fuck the scumbag. Anybody who assists in murder deserves to die as well.

  • If we find out for sure we have ever killed an innocent person we should put all supporters of the death penalty to death for murder or at least accessories to murder

  • @MrDano1980

Yeah, but the man in question was NOT innocent - he was guilty.

His punishment fits the crime he commited.

  • @MrDano1980 rubish! the death penalty is godly. it stomps out shitty d.n.a., 1 man at a time.

  • if some1 takes a life away like that so easily; he or she deserves to die. But you need hard evidence of it. If not a life sentence would be acceptable.

  • Wood is not innocent; he was involved in robbery however you look at it.

  • they still robbed the joint after killing the guy! fuck em! kill the bastards!

  • Jeff Wood got a stay.

HIs pal Daniel Reneau was put to death on 06/13/2002

Last Meal: 1 tray of French fries with salt & ketchup, 1 tray of nachos with cheese and jalapenos, 1 cheeseburger with mustard & everything, & one pitcher of sweet tea

I wounder what his vitcim last meal was?

This Ex- party law. IF you are stupid enough to go to rob a store Hey you get whatever. If Wood is that much of a moron maybe he should be put to death.

  • Hold on.... You are telling me that 2 gys planned to do a crime which resulted in a dead of a person and that just because the other guy pull the trigger, that the other one is not guilty and it should be call innocent?

That doesn't sound innocent to me. If it was my son who would've got killed by the robbers, I would want them both robbers to fucking die. But being a person who belive in God, no one should be killed by the law after the criminal has been captured. But the guy is still guilty

  • that lady that explains the robbery is sexy

  • Well, he's out of his misery, and ours.

  • the state of texas are bunch of savage animals when it comes to putting a man on deathrow

  • Of course. Death penalty has become a sport for them.

  • Bill Clinton executed a retard. Those progressives are savage animals who also steal your tax dollars!

  • it disgusting.
