As you can see this is called Kickboxing MUSICAL forms. This is a form om kickboxing witch they both have national and international competitions in. If you`re such an expert you should know this.
Kickboxing has the disciplin "musical forms", but what is shown in this competitions has nothing in common with real Kickboxing. So do not mix up the full contact Kickboxing, which is a full contact compititional martial arts. Real Kickboxing looks way different then that in this clip here.
She seemed to slip up a few times... And I hope for her sake that she's slowing those kicks down so she can stay with the music. Now she's an instructor, so I trust that is the case.
i am a expert and this is not kick boxing . if people want to do kickboing for god sake do reel kickboxing not dance boxing

but the movements are kickboxing, mostly, for building the exercise..
but but.. i am not an expert!
