@SwagFag112 no.. not really, most classes can out DPS them and if u see a Spriest doing amazing DPS thats cuz there just really good at there class, and there not bad in pvp but once again many other classes are alot better than them. Hands down no matter what Spriests take alot of skill
I play every class at 85 except hunter and I feel this not only is it priests that have gotten nerfed into the ground more locks have as well all our dots are dispellable and every fucking class has a fear immune ability now on top of trinket and our dots are easily dispellable as well so we burn mana trying to keep them on and against dk's AMS it's just pointless might as well just /suicide

As a former priest who played the class from the inception of the game well into WotLK, i can say without a doubt that the priest class has been blizzards favorite punching bag for years. It's amazing it took nearly six years before shadow was made legitimate. i think the blizzcon Q&A hit the nail on the head "Shadow priests don't want to be there to make other players awesome, they want to be awesome themselves" This is a big change from the days when even the CM's would troll the priest forums

@svidlak Spriests arent underpowered now lol. You posted the vid like 1 week ago. Spriests can deal some very great dmg. E.G. On my dk,A full wrathful arena master spriest BROKE through my anti magic shell. (Which absorbs about 16k dmg..) (Dk has 5.8k gs in PvP gear-full rele/wrathful with 890 resil or so)

Man, this quality was terrible. O_o The singing wasn't half bad, but the delivery of it wasn't what I expected. The singer stumbles through the lyrics a lot, and doesn't have her breathing up-to-par -- she'll breathe in halfway through a line and interrupt the song.

dude vamp touch IS your love. it a 50% overall damage diff in PvP. at 1300 resil your 2 debuffs do 30% overall health with vamp touch they do 70-80%. You are one of the most loved people in the game right now, even in 3.1. Shad priests were given a dump truck full of love. Come back when you're good at PvP or know how to dps in PvE.

@narutorockz999 heh look at the date of the video. this was back in season 5. i haven't touched WoW since end of season 5 so idk where spriests are now.
@jadeangel2757 3.1 was s6. And my shad priest did fine in s5. So did almost every other shad priest I know. (fine = 2209 rating) Now they're just fucking OP as hell. They put up Pain and DP and VP and that shit over. Every classes entire scenario goes like this
1) Attack Shad Priest
2) OPOMFGFEAR
3) VP gets off
4) Game Over
Only tactic is break fear. 30 sec-2 min CD based on what you used. Then OPOMFGFEAR again and VP and Game Over. Shad Priests=Overpowered.
@narutorockz999 resilience was like 400 back in s5 and the burst dps that other classes were capable of was insane. if you're skilled enough and have skilled enough group members to carry you, you can get to 2200 rating. all i know is, even high profile shadowpriests like noxn were fed up with the class back in the day, so they definitely weren't "fine" especially against groups that had dispel. "fine" is relative and blizzard was buffing the crap out of everyone else.
also the way blizzard does things (read: retardedly) is like a switching off which class gets buffed to sh*t every few months so don't worry, come 2 patches down the line shadowpriests will suck balls again ;).
Now enter the arena and face coordinated players with good gear that know how to play. It's not all 1on1 against mindless retards. I am currently playing around 2500 rated on my main in a medium RP (3on3). And the only place you really see shadows above 2300 is in 5on5. Really. They are ok in BGs, and do finde around 2k rated arenas, specially in 2on2. But no where near OP.

dude vamp touch IS your love. it a 50% overall damage diff in PvP. at 1300 resil your 2 debuffs do 30% overall health with vamp touch they do 70-80%. You are one of the most loved people in the game right now, even in 3.1. Shad priests were given a dump truck full of love. Come back when you're good at PvP or know how to dps in PvE.

@jadeangel2757 3.1 was s6. And my shad priest did fine in s5. So did almost every other shad priest I know. (fine = 2209 rating) Now they're just fucking OP as hell. They put up Pain and DP and VP and that shit over. Every classes entire scenario goes like this
1) Attack Shad Priest
2) OPOMFGFEAR
3) VP gets off
4) Game Over
Only tactic is break fear. 30 sec-2 min CD based on what you used. Then OPOMFGFEAR again and VP and Game Over. Shad Priests=Overpowered.

@narutorockz999 resilience was like 400 back in s5 and the burst dps that other classes were capable of was insane. if you're skilled enough and have skilled enough group members to carry you, you can get to 2200 rating. all i know is, even high profile shadowpriests like noxn were fed up with the class back in the day, so they definitely weren't "fine" especially against groups that had dispel. "fine" is relative and blizzard was buffing the crap out of everyone else.

also the way blizzard does things (read: retardedly) is like a switching off which class gets buffed to sh*t every few months so don't worry, come 2 patches down the line shadowpriests will suck balls again ;).

Now enter the arena and face coordinated players with good gear that know how to play. It's not all 1on1 against mindless retards. I am currently playing around 2500 rated on my main in a medium RP (3on3). And the only place you really see shadows above 2300 is in 5on5. Really. They are ok in BGs, and do finde around 2k rated arenas, specially in 2on2. But no where near OP.
