I think some people get insulted because some people sound so ignorant in the WAY they say it I think also some people have heard the same things over and over again to the point where it's annoying, like "really?I didn't know I was Asian",I mean there are mixed people who look more of the other half then the other yet people are quick to say oh no you are this when they also have another culture in them that they do not want people to just 'forget' and categorize them as one race.

People see me and my sister and think that we have different parents which to me is kind of insulting just because we don't look alike doesn't mean we have different parents, and the way they say it is like "So you have different dads?" I think the reactions people get and give is just based on their personal experience....there's no right or wrong.

Yeah MAC is awesome! As for the makeup matching, to each her own, everyone has their way of doing things, I think it's weird to be wearing orange and rocking blue eyeshadow!

do you think the accentuate/sculpt shade would be too dark for me? i have fair ivory skin. i want to be able to sculpt my cheekbones. do you believe it would be fine for me? i tried other powders to sculpt and for some reason they just always made my face look very unnatural. probably my application is off too.

Hi I don't think it would be dark at all, I too am light skinned and it's nice for me, if anything it's the lightest dark shade out of the collection...use the righ brush as well and use a light hand, you don't want chalkyness or patches of color so I like the 183 and 187 MAC brushes for application.

well im sorry but i dont know what my skin color has anything to do with this video??? and i dont know too many light filipinos and you can't tell by this shitty quality video how light or dark i am. and sorry but I was born in toronto, canada, so I don't have a filpino accent, I think you need to check your facts about people before assuming where they came from. :)

Vanessa, that is a fantastic tutorial. the Mac 'rosebud' brush looks a lot like the adesign pointed kabuki (which I adore), and I am happy to see how I can use that brush for contouring as well...

Is the 138 brush limited addition? I checked online, and MAC says it is not but the MAC girl at the counter who sold it to me said it was.

The 138 brush actually is going to become part of the permanent line or brushes according to the MUA at the MAC store near me here in California. It was originally suppose to be LE, but they are going to be introducing it in the permanent line at least from what I was told.
