your university is our "college" unless your titling it like University of ____. or like New York University. and your "apartment" is our "dorm" (if its on campus of a college or boarding high school ). but we do use "apartment" if were talking about a small house (usually consisting of 2 rooms and 1 bathroom 1 kitchen) which is in a buliding shared with a lot of pther people. but your in your own unit. Maybe the topic of his sexuality is avoided because to him it's a private thing? Maybe he's too busy getting adjusted to Uni and non-high school life to pursue romantic interests? Wayne seems very driven, but reserved about sex stuff - that's not a crime. psh, I think thats slightly different, they were high profile cases and don't have the laws attached to them that my case did. It was a sexual abuse case with underage children so basically I can't say anything else about it other than that.

Yeah, we have the pesky right to free speech and "right" to a public trial. Most people would rather not have a public trial I think.

We do have one restriction though. You can report on molestation and rape cases, but you aren't allowed in most places to publish the name of the victim. Though I don't think anyone's been actually punished for publishing the name, but respectable news outlets respect it nonetheless.
