  • sick doug miller is so impressive. one thing i hate though is when people act like squat rack weight is bb weight. a bb is 45lbs and a squat bar is like 15 so this is 30lbs less thatn 405. ocd.

  • @1991thechamp as you can see his feet are in front of the bar, back straight. putting more emphasis on the quads (especially the teadrop with the close stance). squatting in the smith is great if you know how.

  • @1991thechamp as far as I know he's a bodybuilder not a powerlifter. weight is not an indicator if you're getting better. grow up.

  • @IllegitimateDevil Yes it is, the more weights while maintaining good form is an indicator of progress for natural athletes.
